We currently accept cryptocurrency only: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Tether USDT (TRC20), TRON (TRX), and Litecoin (LTC). If you’d like to pay with another coin or network, please contact us.

How Payment Works

  1. At checkout, choose your coin. A unique address and exact amount are generated for your order.
  2. Send the payment within 2 hours to lock the rate and avoid order expiration.
  3. Wait for blockchain confirmations (typically 1–3, depending on network conditions).
  4. Once confirmed, your order auto-completes. Go to My Account → Downloads to access your files.

Always verify the network (e.g., USDT on TRC20) and the amount before sending.

Tip: Enable 2FA and back up your recovery phrase safely.

Buying crypto with cash (Bitcoin ATM)

Many cities have Bitcoin ATMs where you can purchase BTC with cash. Search “Bitcoin ATM near me” on Google (replace with your city).

Always confirm the transaction on blockchain before leaving the kiosk.

Important:
  • Send payment within 2 hours of starting checkout to avoid expiry.
  • Under-/over-payments or late transactions may require manual review time before fulfillment.
  • Use the exact network shown at checkout (e.g., USDT TRC20 unless otherwise specified).

Troubleshooting & FAQs

Network congestion or a low fee can delay confirmations.

  • Check the transaction status in your wallet/block explorer (look for confirmations).
  • If fee was too low, some wallets allow you to speed up (RBF/accelerate) or add fee.
  • If still pending unusually long, contact us with your TxID, coin, and network.

Transactions sent to the wrong network are often irreversible.

  • Do not send more funds to the same address.
  • Contact us immediately with details (TxID, coin, network). We’ll review what’s possible, but recovery is not guaranteed.

Small mismatches can prevent automatic fulfillment.

  • Provide your order number and TxID.
  • We’ll reconcile the transaction and complete delivery or advise next steps.

For security and rate-lock reasons, addresses can expire.

  • Return to checkout and start a new payment to generate a fresh address.
  • Only send to addresses generated during your current checkout.

After confirmation, visit My Account → Downloads. Access is automatic once the transaction is confirmed.
